Day 1 Arrival in Waren (Müritz)/Klink
Waren is the tourist and economic centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District with a very beautiful old town and the exciting Müritzeum.

Day 2 Waren (Müritz)/Klink - Plau am See, 55 km / 34 mi
Cycle through the "Land Fleesensee" to the island town of Malchow with its monastery, windmill and swing bridge. You cycle along Lake Plauer See to the small town of the same name with its many listed buildings.

Day 3 Plau am See - Güstrow region, 56 km / 35 mi
Today you leave the Upper Lakes region and cycle through the Schwinzer Heide to Güstrow, once the residential town and home of the sculptor Ernst Barlach.

Day 4 Güstrow region - Stavenhagen, 60 km / 37 mi
The cycle tour leads through the nature park Mecklenburgische Schweiz, worth seeing is the landscape park in Burg-Schlitz. Stavenhagen is an economically successful community with several well-known companies.

Day 5 Stavenhagen - Neubrandenburg, 50 km / 31 mi
The tour continues along Lake Malchin to Ivenack with the oldest oak trees in Central Europe. Your destination Neubrandenburg is the largest city in the region, with completely preserved city walls, while the baroque old town was burnt down in 1945.

Day 6 Neubrandenburg - Neustrelitz region, 36 km / 22 mi
You cycle along the large Lake Tollensesee to Neustrelitz, once a ducal residence. The castle no longer exists, but the baroque castle gardens have been lovingly restored.

Day 7 Neustrelitz region - Waren(Müritz)/Klink,55km/34mi
The last tour leads through the Müritz National Park, forested and with countless small lakes. White-tailed eagles and ospreys can be seen as well as numerous butterfly species.
